The Novian multi-channel dynamic spectrum analyzer is a powerful and complete dynamic meas-urement analyzer that supports a wide range of sensors, including vibration, sound, pressure, tem-perature, force, and strain sensors for vibration and noise spectrum analysis, high-tech factory micro-vibration measurement, natural frequency percussion measurement, lift speed step analysis, aero-space and rail industry R&D testing, NVH R&D in the automotive industry, quality control inspec-tion and measurement in the electronics industry, machine tool structure analysis and large equip-ment operating deflection shapes (ODS) data measurement. Its application areas include R&D, aca-demia and research, as well as the automation, acoustic measurement, petrochemical, civil engineer-ing, aerospace, marine, transportation and defense industries.

  • Various channel combinations from 4 to 64 channels are available as options, supporting various data acquisition hardware (e.g., NI USB-9234, USB-9232, DT-9837A/B/C, DT-9857E, Vimo-NetX1 and VimoNetX4).
  • It can be installed on a tablet and is easy to carry and use for measurement on the go. Also, measurements can last for more than three hours under sufficient power.
  • It has a flexible analysis band, total value alert settings and can clearly determine whether the measurement results of each band exceeds the standard value, as well as being able to directly output measurement results and records
  • The FRF frequency response function can measure the natural frequency of the target object and output a file in a format compatible with many leading modal analysis software for post-modal parameter analysis and processing.
  • The built-in ISO 7626-1 percussion test method is used to analyze four functions: acceleration frequency response (Inertance: Acceleration/Force), velocity frequency response (Mobility: Ve-locity/Force), displacement frequency response (Compliance: Displacement/Force), and dynamic stiffness (Stiffness: Force/Displacement) to estimate the stiffness and quality of complex struc-tures.
  • It contains a versatile and convenient graphical operation and coordinate settings, with built-in mathematical calculation function.
  • Various and practical vibration, noise weighting functions and high-pass filtering are available for easy vibration and noise measurement settings.
  • Up to three different measurement parameter settings can be set for each channel, making measurement faster and more convenient.
  • Four measurement and reporting modes are available: real-time analysis, data logging, real-time analysis and data recording, replay analysis, and reporting mode.
  • The report mode can be configured to generate reports in Office Word or Excel formats accord-ing to user operations.
