4600/4602 Fan Blade Balancing Machine Series

For fan blades with high heights and high rotational speeds (higher b/D values and higher rotational speeds, b: fan thickness; D: fan blade diameter), the effect of using only one-side dynamic balancing to reduce the vibration is sometimes not obvious, but in fact the fan vibrates in the radial and axial directions during operation.

The GT-4602 is designed to measure the vibration of the fan blade in the radial and axial directions respectively, and then calculate the unbalance value and unbalance angle on both sides to correct the unbalance of the fan on both sides, so as to reduce its vibration. Furthermore, the GT-4602:

  • Displays the unbalance angle and unbalance value of the two sides separately
  • One-side and two-side balance values can be displayed simultaneously
  • Display the vibration value in radial direction and axial direction respectively
  • Select the conditions for pass or fail
  • Actual RPM can be displayed, if the displayed speed significantly deviate from the established speed, the program will indicate that the speed is not normal
